Callebaut Qatar is the chocolate distributor of Callebaut Belgian Chocolates. Callebaut Milk, Dark and White chocolates can be used to create great recipes as reflected below.



Callebaut Milk Chocolate Hazelnut Spread


Step 1 –

Ingredients - 280 g heavy cream

Preparation - Boil to 80°C in a saucepan.


Step 2

Ingredients - 170 g fine hazelnut praline Callebaut, available at Callebaut Qatar, and 15 g sunflower oil

Preparation - Add to previous mixture.


Step 3

Ingredients - 130 g Dark Gianduja Callebaut, buy at Callebaut Qatar, 270 g Callebaut Belgian Milk Chocolate. Contact Callebaut Qatar to buy this item.

Preparation - Pour previous mixture over the chocolate and Gianduja. Emulsify.


Step 4 - Pipe in little jars at 28°C.
