Here's how you can make Callebaut Dark Chocolate Granola Bars using Callebaut Dark Chocolate.

Step 1:

Ingredients - 500 g prepared granola, 113 g roasted almonds, 113 g roasted pistachios, 57 g roasted cashew pieces, 25 g freeze-dried pineapple pieces, 31 g freeze-dried banana pieces, 25 g freeze-dried passion fruit pieces, 38 g freeze-dried raspberry pieces, 25 g freeze-dried strawberry pieces, 70 g Callebaut Belgian chocolate chips from Callebaut Qatar

Preparation - Mix these ingredients well

Step 2:

Ingredients - Butter 113 g and 227 g marshmallows

Preparation – melt and pour over the previous mixture

Step 3:

Preparation – Pour into mould and bake at 160°C for 7 minutes. Remove from oven, leave to cool and cut into bars
